With a family who was immersed in Real Estate from a very young age, it was a seamless transition for Ron to make the leap into a real estate career. He received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Syracuse University and received his CPA license shortly after. His vast and diverse background was founded from being a CPA, followed by a career as an entrepreneur in a distribution business. Alongside both of those ventures, Ron has been a commercial property investor as well as property developer. This experience has led Ron to develop and hone in on his sales and analytical skills and to have a keen sense on the finesse of how to determine value, and negotiate successful transactions for his clients. Moreover, as a property investor, Ron understands and demonstrates the patience, compassion and tolerance to manage stressful situations that are sometimes involved in operating as a property owner. These are just some of the valuable traits that Ron imparts to his clients when guiding them through each Real Estate transaction.
